If the customer is using version 19 of MYOB AccountRight, it probably requires the Premier set-up.

Regardless if using Current Generation sync software or 2nd Generation (eg. shopping.exe) - this configuration will be the same.
In Windows on the machine where Webninja's software is installed, browse to:
32bit Windows:
c:\windows\system32\odbcad32.exe
64bit Windows:
c:\windows\sysWOW64\odbcad32.exe
Add a new Local User DSN connection for MYOB ODBC.
Enter details per the below screenshot: NOTE: since Quarter 3 2016 - MYOB has changed the install path for Premier to: c:\premier classic\ or if using MYOB Enterprise: C:\Enterprise Classic\
The key that needs to be entered in step 6 is this MYOB key:

Make sure there aren't any spaces copied in.
NOTE: without the 2nd half configured, orders will not sync to Premier
