INCIDENT: Amazon Servers experiencing intermittent connection issues

We're urgently investigating similar issues to last week's 503 & 504 errors - however websites seem to be loading instead of stuck altogether - they're just timing out and taking much longer than normal.

This is being treated at the absolute highest priority level by our server dev team.

Please keep an eye on this thread for regular updates as we progress toward resolving this once and for all.

  The issues observed earlier this week have subsided and we're seeing the overall load on the servers return to a normal level immediately after several updates were applied by the developers 2 days ago.

  MONITORING/ INVESTIGATION:

  The issue appears to have settled for a time now, however we're keeping a very close eye on it while also investigating the factors affecting this issue are, especially the time of day.

  Please do continue to advise us if you're still having continued issues after 12:15pm today.

  We're still keeping a close eye out on this issue and the developers are still discussing with the management team regarding the best way to proceed.
