How to increase maximum number of users in Web ninja Admin

As a default, the maximum of users allowed in Web Ninja Admin is up to 5 users. We recognise there may be times when you have a specific business need for more - so this isn't set in stone, but the limitation is there by default for the safety of your site. 

SCENARIO/ DETAILS

If you try to add a new user to the CMS of your site and encounter the following notification:

Please submit a support ticket to request the Webninja Support Team to increase your user limit.

NOTE: it's helpful if you let us know what you need the extra users for as this will help us understand your needs better as a business and if we begin to see a trend in user requirements.
