Overview of Related Products
The Related Products feature lets you display additional products alongside any main product on your website. This is useful for promoting accessories, similar styles, or alternative options that may interest your customers.
How to Set Related Products
To set related products, use the product codes of each item you want to display. These codes should be entered in the related products field, separated by commas. For example:
ABC123,DEF456,GHI789
Make sure there is no extra whitespace or other separators between codes.
Maximum Display Limit
No matter how many related products you add, the system will only display a maximum of 10 related products for each item. This limitation ensures site performance and system reliability—even if you enter more than 10 codes, only the first 10 will appear.
Important Notes
- If you enter more than 10 product codes, only the first 10 (left to right) will be shown.
- There is currently no way to increase this limit.
If you notice fewer than 10 related products displaying, check your product codes for errors or ensure those products are published and visible on your site.
